2. Service-Specific Refund Policies

• 2.1 Hosting Services:
  • Shared Hosting Plans: Eligible for a refund if canceled within 30 days of purchase.
  • VPS or Dedicated Servers: Refunds are not provided after service provisioning.
• 2.2 Web Development and Custom Software Services: A refund may be issued if the project is canceled by the client before the commencement of work. Partial refunds may be provided based on the proportion of work completed if canceled mid-project.
• 2.3 Maintenance and Support Services: Refunds are not applicable for monthly or annual maintenance plans after the service has commenced.

3. Refund Process

• 3.1 How to Request a Refund:

  • Order ID or Invoice Number.
  • Service for which the refund is requested.
  • Reason for the refund request.
• 3.2 Processing Time: Refund requests are reviewed within 7 business days of receipt. Approved refunds will be processed within 21 business days.
• 3.3 Mode of Refund: Refunds are issued using the original payment method. In cases where this is not possible, alternate arrangements will be communicated.
